Consolidate and delivery of statutory and finance reports
Local tax and regulation compliance

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years practical experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years management experience in Multinational Trading companies
Familiar with export payment terms and international financial practice
Knowledge to do financial analysis to report to the board
Experience in ERP System implementation
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Related professional certificates, CPA is preferred
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership and management skill
Computer skill for Excel, PowerPoint and relevant financial system
Education
Bachelor degree or above, with major in finance & accounting
Finance Manager Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager in Shanghai and the Finance Manager in America, you will lead a small finance team in overseeing the finance and accounting functions.
1. Oversee daily financial and accounting operations including: credit control, payments, asset and cash management, inventory control, local legal and tax compliance;
2. Manage the monthly closing process and ensure all reporting is in compliance with the parent company policies and PRC accounting standards;
3. Work closely with operation managers on a project basis: provide costing analysis, review contracts to vendors;
4. Liaise with internal and external auditors;
5. Prepare annual budget plan and forecast;
6. Assess the effectiveness of business processes and make recommendations for improvement where necessary;
7. Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects.
8. Occasional domestic and international travel.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified accountant with at least 5-7 years in finance and accounting experience gained within a well known local company or multinational, of which 3 years should be at supervisory or managerial level.
2. Solid experience within an MNC is advantageous. Sound knowledge of US and PRC GAAP is essential, as is experience in using ERP systems and inventory control systems.
3. Good analytical and planning skills.
4. Native Mandarin; Proficient English.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent leadership and a good team player.
6. Hands on approach to problem solving.
7. Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Excel
8. Qualified to travel internationally.
Coordinate, establish and manage the Companys finance and accounting operations.
Prepare periodic expenditure budget; Review of Expense reimbursement, arrange for cash and bank payments;
Issuing VAT invoices, AR collection and management.
Input purchase/sales order, stock movement notes in the accounting software;
Conduct monthly tax return procedure and other tax related issues;
Prepare monthly financial report and other management report;
Establish and maintain the relationships with banks, auditors, external advisors and regulatory bodies and public bureaus.
Office administration
Assistance work to COO.
REQUIREMENTS:
major in accounting / finance / controlling.
Sound expert knowledge in Cashier and bookkeeping.
At least 2 years working experience in accounting / finance of international enterprises, German enterprise is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in accounting software will be an advantage.
