Almost new black scooter 100cc CNY3500

Hey everyone, I just imported two scooters in from Guangdong province, and I'd like to sell one of them. They just arrived yesterday in crates (unassembled), and all the parts look just like new.

The mechanic is coming over to assemble them sometime soon, and I thought I'd check in advance to see if anybody's interested. Buying used scooters here is a bit tricky because you never know how well it's actually going to run, or for how long - that's why I decided to do it this way.

The scooter looks pretty sweet when assembled. It's a simple design with a muted black exterior. The engine is japanese, so it should run really well. It's 100cc but the acceleration is supposed to be really awesome.

I'll send you pictures this weekend if you're interested, and you can come over and check it out. Hope there's someone as excited about having a sweet new bike as I am!

I bought this bike in June 2007 for serious riding in Shanghai and vicinity. Within a few weeks of purchase, I sustained a back injury hiking in Tibet that required major surgery. As my doctors continue to advise against cycling in my condition, I must sell.

This is the perfect machine for serious biking on less-than-perfect surfaces, whether Shanghai city streets or country trails:
--light-weight aluminum frame (made in USA)
--Ultegra power train and shifters (two chain rings, 10-gear rear cassette)
--Dura-Ace bottom bracket
--tough Novatec mountain bike hubs
--bullet-proof rims with cyclo-cross tires
--Avid top-pull mountain bike brakes for superior stopping power
--Cane Creek headset
--Bontrager stem, handle bars, and seat post
--top-end snap-in pedals with cleats.

It will sell with tool kit, extra tubes, two locks, frame pump and standing pump, front and back lights, rear seat pack, water bottle cages, and trip computer (i.e., every possible accessory you need, short of helmet and shoes) I rode it only 5 or 6 times before my injury, so it looks (and effectively is) brand new.

The frame size is 58cm, so you'll need to be tall (6' or more) to ride it.
