Take full charge and lead plant to achieve operational excellence in production, process engineering, ERP system’ quality, safety / maintenance and logistics, especially: Insure company’s products are made to specification, meet company quality/technical standards.
Establish and carry out the capacity planning and specified deadlines for production. monitor operational performance and introduce productivity improvements. Supervise maintenance work performed on machines and systems. Optimize production process and collocate relevant resources of plan and monitor personnel deployment.

Responsibilities:
* Overall supervision of production system (Process control of resin componding, plastic injection dept, maintenance dept, painting & silk screen dept and sub-assembly in plastic parts, etc.
* Day-to-day coordination of all manufacturing activities, priorities, resources, issues. Handle and troubleshoot in day-to-day production non-conforming issue。Focus on in-process quality control, improvement and cost, efficiency, yield and Ensure meeting KPIs.
* Develop manufacturing capabilities and capacities to grow with business needs. Ensure that plant equipment is well maintained reaching high availability at reasonable cost. Also plan and implement new investments, layouts.
* Develop and implement plans to meet the Assembly factory’s delivery requirement.
* Monitor all spending and manufacturing variances. Drive existing control and improvement.
* Internal communications on ongoing operations, projects and coordination.
* Develop staff leadership and skills.
Qualification Requirements:
* Above Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Industrial Engineering
* 8-10 years working experience in management position including 5 years in operation manager, multinational company plastic operation experience is a plus.
* Be sophisticated, strong communications and presentation skills. Communicates effectively to international audience in English and Chinese. Routinely uses technical which relevant to injection moolding, tooling etc and business vocabulary in English written and spoken skills.
* As plant operational manager in an internationally active company, Experience in some processes of machining, injection molding, extrusion, coating, assembly. Familiar with machine tools or machine processing.
* Highly creative systems thinker. Envisions and achieves highly effective solutions to complex problems.
* Strong communications and presentation skills. Communicates effectively to international audiences in English and Chinese. Routinely uses technical and business vocabulary in both languages.
