Candidate profile:
- At least 2 years of post-university experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or management consulting, ideally related to the Korean market

Job Description:
-Client Relationship Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
-Accountable for monthly targets driven performance
-Work with Artech recruiting team to ensure quality deliverable
-Ensure compliance with client-Artech SOW terms
-Manage profitability (gross margins) and pricing, while ensuring quality standards are met
-Accountable for Artech’s ranking as a client(s) supplier-partner
-Guarantee client satisfaction and target areas for improvement
-Generate monthly performance reports
-Provide market analysis on clients’ projected demands
-SPOC for client communication
-Communicate client demands and feedback effectively to company’s recruiting team and vise versa
-Ensure a steady inflow of requirements from our client
-Assist with HR activities for employees in Shanghai/Dalian (Onboard/Deboard)
-Manage all purchase order (PO) issues, renewals, and revisions
-Track client projects and provide analysis reports based on project details
-Will train and develop own service delivery team based in Shanghai and Dalian
-Need to work close with HR and Finance teams
- Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
- Enhancing the visibility of the company and its brand by proposing marketing activities, participation in conferences, etc.

Account Management
- Seek out and respond to RFPs by working with Company management in preparing proposals
- Increase the Company’s involvement with existing clients
- Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
- Keep business contacts and interaction history up to date using CRM tools
- Help management prepare for business development meetings with potential clients, by doing some basic research on the client and identifying ways that the company can help that client
- Determine new revenue opportunities by analyzing industry verticals’ and clients’ business needs and a fit with the Company’s services
Business Development
- Prepare the annual and quarterly Business Development Plan; as well as assign business development related tasks to the consultant team
- Define and follow up of targets and objectives
- Pro-actively identify potential clients and set up introductory meetings or teleconferences or engage in other communications
- Identify the right 'message' for each potential client, and appropriately align client's business and consulting needs with our services
- Build a referral and lead generation network within the consulting industry
- Use own personal and professionals networks, and leverage those of colleagues to maximize business development reach
- Supervise the consulting staff when they are assisting with business development initiatives
We are looking for candidates available to begin working from with us from our Shanghai office by June 1. We would prefer a candidate who is already based in Shanghai. This is not an 'expat' position, but compensation will be competitive with respect to Shanghai.
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
- 1+ years of business development experience with revenue responsibility (i.e., sales experience), for a professional services firm such as the ones described above
- 2+ years of post-university experience in delivering professional services such as: management consulting, competitive intelligence, market research, executive recruitment, advertising, law, or accounting
- Experience of living / studying / working in multiple countries and interacting with different cultures
- Native fluency in English; must be able to communicate with colleagues and clients in perfect spoken and written English
- Excellent general knowledge of, and keen interest in Asian and international business. Understanding of consulting terminology, economic concepts, and ability to ‘speak the client’s language’
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Superior presentation, grooming, and excellent oral and written communication skills
- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Website design (e.g., Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher education in USA/UK/Canada; bachelors degree from a top university, masters degree preferred
