Krispy Kreme Donuts is searching for two western males with personality to join our sampling promotion team.
Sampling period is November 16~ December 23th, from 10 AM 7 PM, during which you must be available for all Sampling period(total 28days).
So we will start staff training at around nest week for 2days.
Our pay is 400RMB per day(also include training days)
The job entails free donut sampling for Shanghai-based companies. We will drive you to get every office.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication (reading, writing) in a clear, concise, understandable manner;
Hardworking, positive attitude, responsible team player;
Strong multi-tasking, and problem solving skills;
Ability to work varied hours / days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed;
Basic computer skills a must, MS Office knowledge an advantage;
Prior experience in Customer Service field preferred but not essential;
Interest and familiarity with massively multiplayer online games and the e-commerce industry is a big plus;
Great customer service skills
The ability to recognize a problem and alleviate it appropriately. If you are a problem solver it is a plus.
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Pays attention to detail and can follow-up in a timely manner

Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing business opportunities to achieve sales targets and gain market share. You must be able to research and understand market/customer needs, strategize and propose appropriate solutions.
You should possess a Degree with at least 1 year of experience in direct sales & support. You will be responsible for marketing technology solutions to carriers, shipping agents, freight forwarders or transportation carriers. Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector will be a definite advantage.
To be successful in this role, you must possess an excellent sales aptitude and have experience independently initiating, negotiating and concluding complex business deals. You must also possess a business acumen as well as good marketing, networking and account management skills.
An excellent package will be offered to the candidate who can convincingly demonstrate the ability to build a profitable business, through effective sales and account management.
1.Diploma or above with fluent both listening &spoken English & Mandarin
2.Min 1 years relevant experience of sales & support in English & Mandarin.
3.Strong capabilities of developing market and familiar with sales channel.
4.Good customer communication skills with practical and careful working attitude; Have been trained strictly with professional skills covering high pressure resistance and timely completion of job requirement
5.Clear target of job and strong pursuit of life are preferred.
6.Setting up and completing monthly and annual sales target
7.Maintenance, development of industry markets as well as improving satisfaction of existing and potential customers
Job responsibilities:
Provide service for the project in the lobby of the Front Office
Provide assistance to the project manager for everyday work
On the response mechanism to the customersf suit against the hotel
