•Responsible for all finance related processes and tasks within GCALOGPNP
•Drive productivity and customer service improvements through improvements to the SAP solution and SOP’s and ensure that local and area management have full visibility to performance of execution of the SAP processes
•Ensure process, product and organizational changes can be supported in a SAP environment through changes to the SAP solution, SOP’s, changes in other systems, processes etc.
•Pro-actively suggest changes to processes, products and organizational set-ups, operation systems etc

•Ensure that CENSAP and NASSAP training materials support NASLOG needs and combine SAP training into business training programs
•Manage the NAS MLOG SAP team including the SAP BPOs, the cluster LOG SAP support teams and the SAP Master Data Owner manager.
•Be the focal point and liaison for NASLOG’s interaction with CENLOGSAP, CENLOGPEX., CENFIN, CENGSC, CCC and other areas’ similar units
•Monitor branch super user levels and recommend changes to branch managers including nomination of new super users
•Establish targets for cluster LOG SAP support teams
•Own and maintain optimal MDE procedures including SOPs for master data and error handling processes within GCALOG
•Co-ordinate and synchronise master data and error handling efforts and knowledge between the regional teams
•Approve OMADA requests when required
•Monitor all open GCALOG error tickets for aging, turn-around times and quality of the provided solution and escalate issues to GCASAP.

•Responsible for availability of KPI reports and scorecards for all branch and corporate managers, measuring the SAP processes
