Report to:Event Planning Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
-Collecting participant-related information and ensure the correct and effectiveness of the information as well as provide related information in time
-Assistant to boss in Pre-organizing the conference and preparation work and plan every joint of the activities properly according to the policy of the company in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the event
-Closely follow the prosedure of the event and keep good communication with hotel responsibler,travel agency and other event working members,and forecast potential problem and timelly,properly and effectively handle the urgent and accidental incident so as to ensure the complete implementation of the event
Qualification:
