We are a western couple (UK & USA) looking for an apartment near Zhongshan park. We have been in Shanghai a few years but need to relocate to be closer to work.
The apartment must be close to metro and must have high speed internet. no studio styles please, 1 or 2 bedroom OK. Doesn't have to be big.

We are both non-smokers and have no pets, willing to sign a 6, 12 or 18month lease for the right apartment. Ready to move around the 10th of April or the 10th May.

Nothing above 4000RMB / month please.

We can pay 1 month rent and a further months rent as a security deposit. As we have been living and working in Shanghai for the last 2 years we can also supply excellent references from previous landlord and also employers as required.
