• Strategic HR Management – partner with the management team providing support on Company and Corporate HR initiatives including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Leadership Development, Career Pathing, Change Management, etc.
• Recruitment & Selection – coordinate, manage and participate in recruitment and selection focused on attracting top talent to the organization.
• Payroll Administration – provide support as required to daily operations when required (ADP / Vantage Software)
• Policy Administration – development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Health & Safety by developing strategic plans in partnership with plant management and the health & safety committee – focusing on highly effective Worker’s Compensation claims management in pursuit of zero lost-time accidents.
• HR Administration – including the preparation of labour reports, compliance to legislation, remittances, pension, social benefits, etc, management of payroll tasks, etc.
• Requirements
• Minimum 5-7 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree with Business / HR focus
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Demonstrated experience in working with China Law, Payroll, etc.
