We're searching for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team!  The position is a great opportunity for an up and coming professional in search of challenge, change and increasing responsibility.  The position is located in Wujiang in close proximity to Shanghai.<br>
<br>
Initiative & Drive will be the key to success as the individual proactively participates in the Human Resources function.  Key areas will include: <br>
<br>
•	Strategic HR Management – partner with the management team providing support on Company and Corporate HR initiatives including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Leadership Development, Career Pathing, Change Management, etc.<br>
<br>
•	Recruitment & Selection – coordinate, manage and participate in recruitment and selection focused on attracting top talent to the organization.<br>
<br>
•	Payroll Administration – provide support as required to daily operations when required (ADP / Vantage Software)<br>
<br>
•	Policy Administration – development and implementation of policies and procedures.<br>
<br>
•	Health & Safety by developing strategic plans in partnership with plant management and the health & safety committee – focusing on highly effective Worker’s Compensation claims management in pursuit of zero lost-time accidents.<br>
<br>
•	Benefit Administration – managing benefit administration.<br>
<br>
•	HR Administration – including the preparation of labour reports, compliance to legislation, remittances, pension, social benefits, etc, management of payroll tasks, etc.<br>

•	Requirements <br>
•	Minimum 5-7 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment <br>
•	Bachelor’s Degree with Business / HR focus<br>
•	Fluent in English & Chinese<br>
•	Demonstrated experience in working with China Law, Payroll, etc.<br>
•	Ambitious and driven to succeed <br>
•	Ability to deal with people at all levels <br>
•	Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service  <br>
•	Problem solver, with a keen sense of understanding the big picture <br>
