Responsibilities:<br>
1.Training and Development<br>
-Responsible for implementing employee training certification courses in order to continuously improve employee skills and the promotion of employees into the corporate culture;<br>
-Collection and feedback of staff training needs and follow-up training for the implementation of results.<br>
2.Staff Allocation<br>
   Based on business operating requirements, staffing for the front-line departments to provide advice, and  responsible for co-ordinating office to recruit its staff in order to effectively ensure that the <br>

3.Staff Relationship<br>
-Through various forms of assistance to first-line supervisors to achieve two-way communication between the company and the employees in order to effectively communicate company policies and information, and also feedback staffs'problems and suggesstions in time.<br>
 -Co-ordinating, organizing staff, effectively enhance staff morale and team cohesion<br>
4.HR daily cordinating work<br>
-Co-ordinating, feedbacking branch routine human resources information, including organizational restructuring, personnel changes, etc.;<br>

Requirements:<br>
College degree or above<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
The Consultant will work closely with the clients and researcher for the recruitment assignments. Develop customized senior executive search strategy planning. Arrange and prepare interviews of the potential candidates. Keep on a good communicate with the clients to ensure the executive search is performed timely with high qualification<br>
• Meet with the client and to find out and finalize clients recruitment needs<br>
• Base on the information and the understanding of the client situation, develop hiring strategy<br>
• Communicate with Researcher to ensure a quality strategy execution<br>
•Develop target lists and identify and source qualified candidates through cold calls<br>
•Contact potential candidates professionally and intelligently by phone, introduce the specific opportunity, interest the potential candidate sufficiently to get more information about his/her background and assess the qualifications of the candidate against position specifications.<br>
•Schedule qualified candidates for face-to-face interviews and conduct the interviews according to the client requirements<br>
•Give comments and prepare interview report for the client after interviewing a qualified candidate<br>
•Prepare monthly or bi-weekly reports for the clients<br>
•Enter and maintain accurate and current notes in the database<br>
•Ensure ongoing efforts to identify new methodologies and procedures that enhance the search process and make sure the increase of the productivity of the team<br>
•Contribute to effective business development for the office by securing repeat business through superb execution of the current assignments<br>

REQUIREMENTS<br>
-Ideally 2+ years working experience in Game or HR industry and optimally posses previous working experience from within a professional services firm<br>
-Understanding of and experience in research methodology and broad knowledge of business information sources<br>
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin&#12290;<br>
-Excellent presentation skills<br>
-Experience with and high degree of comfort in making cold calls and communicating with senior level executives<br>
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines<br>
-Experience working in a team environment, able to partner with colleagues on a project basis while also working independently<br>

This would be an on-call position with intermittent periods of duty of up to 4 weeks at a time, generally in the local area. Ideal for Chinese speaking trailing spouse with appropriate experience.<br>
