Job Description:
Verify Inc is seeking a source inspector with a strong mechanical background to work in Xian, China in a supplier on behalf of Bombardier Amphibious.
Support will be needed on an on-going, as required basis.
Requirement:
· Minimum of 5 years of Aerospace/Defense industry experience
· Should have a background in quality or manufacturing
· Experience in source inspection
· Hands-on experience with sheet metal, sheet metal parts, structural assemblies.
· Ability to read blueprint drawing, test results review, understanding of customer documentations and specifications
· US or Chinese Citizenship
· Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and Email
· Good communication and writing skills
· Comfortable working as Independent Contractor (1099 Tax Form)

The Incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall operations of a subsidiary company of a multi billion dollar international corporation. Responsible for overall managing both revenue and cost elements of the income statement. Oversee sales functions as well as all day-to-day operations of the business. Develop & execute strategic plans to ensure all market goals, sales budget and profit objectives are achieved. Oversee ongoing analysis and sales forecasting for the markets involved. Oversee management, development and motivation of all technical and support employees. Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary and plan requirements. Monitor Market and Competitive situations closely. Oversee all Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance & Support functions and adopt US operations philosophy.
The Candidate
The successful Candidate Qualified must have Bachelors degree or equivalent, an MBA and with US educational background is a plus. Minimum 5-7 years experience in General Management, experience in P/L, managing sales and distribution operations. Experience in electronic consumable industry is preferred. Ability to establish product recognition in local market and generate customer contacts. Demonstrated success in Operations Management, experience in LEAN management. Possess excellent presentations and analytical skills. Proficiency in speaking and writing English and Mandarin.
