JOB SUMMARY
Lead a team of supply chain professionals in developing and implementing plans to fulfilling customers’ supply chain expectations. This position shall lead procurement, planning, logistics and warehouse functional teams and is expected to integrate and facilitate the flow of information and materials across Benchmark organizations, suppliers and customers
AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
* Develop supply chain professionals in supplier development, purchasing, planning, logistics and warehouse functions
* Supervise and authorize purchases including direct and indirect materials
* Responsible for the performance including but not limiting to materials on time delivery, inventory, excess and obsolescence, materials savings, freight cost, inventory accuracy, work order management
* Responsible for demand planning management to optimize factory’s capacity and efficeincyInterface directly with customers on all supply chain and materials related issues
* Involve in customers’ QBR (quarterly business reviews)
* Develop supply chain models such as increasing supply flexibility and risk mitigation
* Establish and implement department policies and procedures
* Participate in strategy and negotiation of purchase agreements with suppliers and customers
* Establish departmental goals and budgeting of supply chain cost
* Collaborate with Program Management and Business Development team in providing supply chain solutions in business RFI (request fro information) and RFP (request for proposal
* Participate and contribute actively in corporate supply chain initiatives
PRE-REQUISITES/ QUALIFICATIONS
* Engineering / Supply Chain Degree, preferably with post graduate in supply chain or MBA
* Minimum 14 years in the Purchasing, Planning or Supply Chain related field
* Minimum 7 years in Managerial position, preferably 2 years in a higher management capacity
* Worked in multi-national OEM/ EMS industry
* Worked in electronics, PCBA and Modules and Systems Integration manufacturing environment
* International and cross-cultural experience
* Mandarin speaking and writing skills will be an advantage

Quality Manager Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager in Shanghai and the Quality Manager in America, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining recognized automotive quality systems, managing employees to ensure quality is maintained, and communicating with customers regarding quality issues.
1. Communicate with customers regarding quality issues
2. Coordinate TS 16949 and ISO 9001
3. Manage incoming materials inspection
4. Quantitatively measure progress regarding quality issues

Qualifications:

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Timely and accurate work and operation.
2. Training at parent companies in the United States.
3. Distributor products representative, troubleshoot problems or failures in existing systems.
4. Logistics – coordination of product selection, system design and maintenance support for distributors and end users.
5. Preparation of new system design and installation. Ensure results and reports are distributed to appropriate company management in Shanghai and in the US.
6. Comply with legal requirements by communicating and enforcing Company policies and procedures. Fiduciary responsibility to protect the Company assets.
