Short summary of investment proposal
- 60 stores in 5 yrs with $17M yearly pretax profit by year 7
- Seeking minimum investment of $50,000 per investor for up to $250,000, to be used for growth, product development, and branding.
- Investor(s) would receive a total of 25% of the parent company, owner of all 60 stores, for the total investment of $250,000, or 5% per $50,000 investment.
- Stores are developed in partnership with Junior Partners/Store Managers. A Junior Partner & Store Manager is someone who invests a minimum of $45,000 in an individual store for a 22.5% equity position with a single store. The Junior Partner/Store Manager will manage the store full time, and has the option to purchase an additional 50% of the store after a period of 18 months, at a price equal to one times the rate of annual sales. This allows a Junior Partner to build up equity in a store with very little capital and much hard work.
