Requirements:
- Be able to communicate professionally in English. (Both spoken and written)
- Associate degree and above.
- 1 year expatriate leasing working experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Self-initiate, hard-working, enjoy meeting people.
- Sales/marketing experience targeting expatriates a definite advantage.
- Academic qualification requirement will be relaxed if you have previous expatriate leasing experience or if your English is really good.
Operations:
- Complete all records and reports to employer and client;
- Complaint and request handling, mail and information service, follow up;
- Oversee daily shift operation, ensure accomplishment of goals, and coordinate staff on site (orientation and training);
- Daily staff briefing, monitoring operations and condition of the building, equipment and services;
- Communication with client regarding building needs, equipment, incidents, operations, residents requests and others;
Financial:
- Monthly cash forecast creation;
- Monthly and yearly budget control and preparation;
- Monthly payment request for payroll of employees and business taxes to client;
Employee Training:
Implementation, update and training of property standards operation procedures in coordination with related departmental managers.
Personal Skills:
Communication and service oriented;
English Native speaker preferred;
Fluent English, good Chinese, additional language would be an advantage;
Professional friendly appearance;
Excellent Communication and Management Skills;
Strong organizational skills;
People person able to multitask and prioritize;
Can do attitude with a drive to go above and beyond of what is required on a daily basis;
Between 30 and 45 years of age
Experience:
The candidate should have at least 5 years working experience in the hotel or service apartment business;
Solid work histories of managing inter cultural teams and projects to tight deadlines;
China and international experience;
