Job Description:
Department:Business Operating Sector
Report to: provincial / municipal shop leader
Subordinate:8-10 person
Responsibilities:
-Overall co-ordinating, managing store operations to ensure the normal operation of shop and all operations are in line with company's standard operating procedure requirements;
-Dealing with inner-shops or shop- operation-related complaints and incidents, and recommending treatment based on the actual situation, effective control of the deterioration of the situation to protect public safety of shops;
-Store inventory monitoring the situation, so that smooth supply of goods and reasonable
-To assist companies in various functional departments to complete the appropriate operating-related matters with shops, such as banking, tax, health license handling, fire inspection, quality control, price checking, etc.;
-Maintaining communication and contact with various departments of the company in a timely manner to understand the information policy to the shop workers communicate, maintain good communication with employees to maintain a good and harmonious working atmosphere shops;
-According to business need to recruit, train staff, to master the necessary skills and familiarize themselves with all the shops operating procedures, and reasonable arrangements and allocation of staff, to ensure the effective utilization of human resources shops;
-Communicating with the visiting marketing personnel to collect the views and suggestions and give the relevant feedback to department concerned
-To safeguard the normal operation of the work and actively cooperate with foreign affairs and other departments, assist with corresponding services (such as the handling of business license, etc.), and with the communities in which stores the relevant units (such as police stations, banks, landlords, property management companies , etc.) to establish and maintain good relations.
Qualifications:
College education or above,3 years large enterprise retail / chain store management experience;
Mandarin fluently, good English written and oral communication skills, computer operation proficiency
With good organizational ability, communication and coordination capabilities and customer service awareness;
Strong independence of the work, can work under pressure
