Responsibilities:
-Unify and manage shop operation in an all-round way and ensure normal functioning of shop and that all operations are in coincidence with company's standard operation rules.
Requirements;
-Deal with complaints and accidental incidents inside the shop or is related with shop running and also propose resolutions according to actual condition to effectively control the matter .Besides, ensure the common safety of the shop.
-Supervise storage condition of the shop to make goods supply smooth and reasonable.
-Assistint to all funcioning dept of the company to finish relevant shop operating affairs such as banking,taxation,handling health permition card,fire-fighting examination ,quality examination and good price examination .
depts of the company and convey all kinds of information and policy that understand in time to shop assistant.To keep good communication with staff and maintain harmonious and good working atmosphere of the shop.
-Recruiting and training staffs according to business demand to make them familiar with required skills and all the operation rules and also arrange and assign staffs' work to make sure the effective use of human resources.
-Commnunicating with visiting marketing person to collect suggestions from them and give feedbacks to concerned dept.
-Actively cooperate with foreign-affairs dept and assist to handle related matter(handling business liscence)to guarantee the normal funtion of operation work.Besides,establish and keep good relationship with related units in the neighborhood(local police station,bank,bussiness owner,business management company )
Qualifications:
-Above bachelor degree,3 more years management experience of High-level cosmetics store or pricate club.
-Fluent mandarin,good oral and written mandarin skills,with good image and personality and familiar with computer operation
-With good organizing skills,communication and cordination skills and customer service awareness.
-Strong working independence and can endure work pressure

Responsibilities:
-Overall co-ordinating, managing store operations to ensure the normal operation of shop and all operations are in line with company's standard operating procedure requirements;
-Dealing with inner-shops or shop- operation-related complaints and incidents, and recommending treatment based on the actual situation, effective control of the deterioration of the situation to protect public safety of shops;
-Store inventory monitoring the situation, so that smooth supply of goods and reasonable
-To assist companies in various functional departments to complete the appropriate operating-related matters with shops, such as banking, tax, health license handling, fire inspection, quality control, price checking, etc.;
-Maintaining communication and contact with various departments of the company in a timely manner to understand the information policy to the shop workers communicate, maintain good communication with employees to maintain a good and harmonious working atmosphere shops;
-According to business need to recruit, train staff, to master the necessary skills and familiarize themselves with all the shops operating procedures, and reasonable arrangements and allocation of staff, to ensure the effective utilization of human resources shops;
-Communicating with the visiting marketing personnel to collect the views and suggestions and give the relevant feedback to department concerned

Qualifications:
College education or above,3 years large enterprise retail / chain store management experience;
Mandarin fluently, good English written and oral communication skills, computer operation proficiency
With good organizational ability, communication and coordination capabilities and customer service awareness;
Strong independence of the work, can work under pressure
