The Incumbent will oversee team of operational and area managers to help run retail store locations. Develop annual business plans and operating budgets, formulate company strategies to achieve gross margin, market share, quality and brand image objectives. Manage and identify manpower needs, provide guidance and implement procedural improvements with defined policies to maximize service capabilities. Oversee new store openings and supervise store rehabilitation projects.
The Candidate
The successful Candidate must be a Degree holder in related disciplines with at least 8 years relevant experience of which 4 years in managerial level. Experience in fashion retail chain store management is a must. Possess excellent coaching, marketing and data analysis skill are requirement. Responsible to provide the efficiency in large scale retail operation in PRC market and able to meet sales target. Proficiency in both writing and speaking English and Mandarin with Sound knowledge of Putonghua. Preferably working in China.
