*subway line 4 will connect to line 1, 2, 3, 6, so you can go around Shanghai easily
-5 minutes walk to Wal-Mart
-No need to walk accross the road with lots of traffic (so good for a person like me)
-It's a relatively clean and quiet place because it's in residential area
-Next to one of the most expensive apartment in Shanghai, "Amenity Garden"
-The building name is "Aoli Hua Yuan", located at Pujian Road 60.
We speak English, Chinese, and Japanese, so any gender and nationality is welcome. Internet connection fee was already paid until this December, so you don't have to pay until that.
The rent is 2300RMB per month + one month of deposit + utilities.
Non-smoking is a must. We keep our rooms very very clean, so we hope you do the same.
