About the Rent:
* $2700CNY per month. Utilities included.

* Would like to rent to normal, quiet, educated, non-smoking, easygoing, clean and responsible roommate.

* Both short term and long term rent acceptable. Long term stay preferred.

* Need deposit and monthly rent payment in advance.
