This apt is not fancy but very clean, and quite big! All furniture were newly purchased when we first moved in last January. It's a 3 bedrooms apt, 2 Chinese girls are living here. The room for you is the biggest bedroom in this apartment, with a private balcony. 27/F, great view of Shanghai especially at night!

As we are both Chinese, and also as we signed a 2 years contract, we negotiated a very good deal with landlord last year ¨C Rental fee 2000RMB if you are willing to sign a 6 months leasing contract; if you only stay 3-5 months we would charge you 2300RMB per month, less than 3 months is not acceptable. All utilities will be shared by end of month (FYI, including internet, each of us pay about 150-200RMB per month for utilities)

Very reasonable local price with good location, and very friendly roommate, our ex-roommate loved her stay very much but she had to go back to the US.

Please call us at least half day in advance if you are interested to take a look. This weekend is convenient; working days would be difficult as we are both off from work late, but you could try to call.

Transportation:
15-18 minutes walk from Jing An Subway station (line 2) - this weekend weather is nice, good for a walk. Or you could take a taxi from Jing An Temple (within 12CNY) or take Bus 830 or 824 get off from Yu Yao Road. Subway line 7 Changping Station is downstairs (1 minute walk), will open December 2009.
