We are two girls, one Chinese and one Canadian, professional, very friendly and considerate and easy to live with, looking for another roommate who is responsible, easy-going, tidy, and non-smoking. We speak a mix of Chinese and English.
The room: Furnished with a double bed, lots of closet space and a television, internet included.
The apartment: Located in a lovely, peaceful community off of Honggu Road (Changning District). 24-hour security, weekly ayi cleaner, bright and sunny, great neighbours, lots of restaurants close by. The closest metro station is Weining Road on line 2 (a 7-minute bike ride). Bus number 856 and Jiadeli supermarket are a few blocks away. Gubei Carrefour is also 7 minutes away by bike. The apartment is spacious and split-level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, living room and storage space, and a small garden and patio in the back. Brand new washing machine provided from the landlady just this week.
Available immediately – we are flexible on the duration, but a long-term stay is preferred. A one-month deposit will be required + rent to be paid every two months.
