About the Rent:
* RMB2400 per month. Utilities will be shared. Trust me it¡¯s a good deal on the market when you viewing many flats.

* Would like to rent to normal, quiet, educated, non-smoking, easygoing, clean and responsible roommate.
* Both short term and long term rent acceptable. Long term stay preferred. One month is OK!
