The apartment is 165sqm, clean, bright and fully furnished. It's in a very convenient location with many supermarkets (NGS, Hualian, Lianhua, and wet market within 2 minutes), restaurants (Dongbei, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Hunan, dumplings, Korean, KFC/McDonalds, Saizeriya, Sushi, Dairy Queen) and convenience stores in the area. It's also a 2 minute walk to the line 3 (Caoxi Rd) station, an 8-10 minute walk to lines 1 and 4 (Shanghai Indoor Stadium or Caobao), and a 5-7 minute walk to Ikea. There is a large living room with TV+Wii, dining area, balcony, kitchen (with an oven), TV, washing machine, wireless internet and central air conditioning.
