It has been renovated and refurnished recently. It provides excellent access to the city through Metro line 5 leading onto Metro line 1 and a number of bus lines running directly to Xuixiahui and Xinzhuang – ideal for those of you who work in Minhang or close to Xinzhuang.
There is also a shuttle bus service that runs directly from the compound to Xinzhuang and Lianhua Rd. The compound lies also close to several industrial parks: Xinzhuang Industrial Park, Zizhu Science and Technology Industrial Park, etc.
We have two rooms available: 1) A master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ensuite office, balcony and storage room (from RMB 2200, available from 30 June 2010). 2) A smaller room which includes a desk and a bed (from RMB 800), available from now). Both tenants can make full use of the common living areas and you would be sharing with a couple.
All rooms are equipped with DSL Internet access. The house includes a garden and several balconies (375 sqm.). Due to the location the compound provides extremely quiet living without street noises. It includes a tennis court and basketball court which can be used at your own discretion. The compound is protected by 24hr security service.
