The apartment is just located in the center of Jing an Yanping road, between Xinzha road and Wuding road. Around 10 minutes walk to Jing an temple subway station. At the moment there is one big room available. The room is fully furnished with bedding and internet. The kitchen is also fully furnished.

There is one indoor swimming pool and tennis court in the compound, and a gym is just opposite the complex.

You will have your own bedroom, but you need to share with the kitchen and living room with one German girl.

It is 3100RMB per month, including 2 times maid service per week and all utilities.

At least 3 month contract preferred.
