Hi! I am renting a very spacious 3 bedroom / 2 full bathroom apartment south of xintiandi. The apartment is on the 30th floor so it has amazing views! I am looking to find a roommate to rent one of the other bedrooms. You would have your own room with a queen bed and heat & A/C. You would also have your own shower / bathroom. The price is 3750RMB if I only rent out one room but could drop to 2500 if I can find two people for each of the two rooms (though you would then split a bathroom).

About me, I am an American male in my mid-20s who works in finance. I am very easy going and have never had any problems living with anyone. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets (and would prefer it if you didn't).
