Responsibilities:
-Find new effective method and evaluate new products and new technology by science.
-Organizing and implemeting clinical experiement includiing fomular design,executing,quality control,data analyse and device operation.
-Colsely cooperate with related pesonells from American HQ to conduct cooperation and communication.
-Closely understand research trend of professional technological fields and provide professional suggestions for the development of the laboratory.
-With skin-related science and knowledge background and support experienment formular or conduct related skin-reaearch.
-Maintain and develop operation systerm of the laboratory.
Qualifications: ;
-Bachelor degree or above major in bio-chemistry,clinical,skin or other related
-With basic skin-science knowledge
-Can do research and emperiment independently.
-With basic statistics and analyse abilities
-Two more years related working experience

The candidate will work on highly interdisciplinary area in the interface of novel systems, such as functionalized carbon nanotubes, gold nanoparticles, iron oxide nanoparticles for the delivery of genes, drugs, antigens into hematopoietic stem cells and leukemic, other cancer cells as well as their molecular mechanism in biological cells.

A Doctoral degree in chemistry, nanotechnology, biology or related field with more than two years recent Postdoctoral experience in organic chemistry, materials chemistry or pharmaceutical science is required. A solid background in organic synthesis, characterization of inorganic/organic materials and particular experience in nanomaterials physics/chemistry would be a particular advantage. Research experience in bioengineering or related field would be a plus. The successful candidate is required to have strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or in collaboration in a challenging and fast-growing environment. Tenable for two-years.
