The apartment is located next to Fudan and Caijing Universities, also only a 10-minute walk from Subway line 3 (Jiangwan Zhen Station).

I would like to let out the large, fully-furnished master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom (with shower), heating, and I can provide pillows, sheets, etc. if you need them.

The apartment has a heating unit in every room, wireless internet (or you can connect by cable), a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

You can sublet this room for anywhere from one week to three months. The rate is 2500rmb per month, or 800rmb per week if you�ll be staying for less than a month.

I am male, friendly, and a foreign student at Fudan University. Have lived in Shanghai for 4 years.
