I have an original Xbox for sale. (not the Xbox 360). This has been modified into a media centre which I use to play all my media over the network.

I can watch anything that is on the HD of my laptop over the network via the Xbox. The Xbox is connected to the network via an ethernet cable.

The Xbox will play every codec out there, it does not play HD though. Its modified to play every NES, SNES, MEGADRIVE (GENESIS), PS 1, MAME, Gameboy etc.

Basically it plays every old school game system and I have nearly all the games on the hard drive already. 1000's of classic games from the 80's and 90's.
