We are currently seeking a Creative Director to manage our products and innovate on existing user and admin interfaces. The CD will work with key executives, account managers, customers and partners to formulate creative goals and assure objectives and requirements are being met. This position will also collaborate with copy edit, marketing, seo, sem, design and engineering. The CD will have to put in a little grunt work and also have a team of designers to manage overseas.
Key Requirements:
* Lead the brand, creative and aspects of the JPC network through design, creativity and innovation
* Ability to innovate, create, design, and bring to market award winning concepts.
* HTML, Perl, PHP, JAVA, web experience, AJAX, and new coding / design / server side knowledge a must.
* Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, QuarkXpress, PowerPoint and other job needed software a must.
* Previous work in Agile Development
* Bachelors Degree in design or 5+ years job equivalence
* Managed a team of 5+ designers or more
* Detail orientated
* Get the job done mentality and long hours
Key Duties:
* Work with CEO and Prod Dev team to execute strategy
* Develop creative approaches that are in-line with corporate stratedgy
* Stimulate creative ideas for and from everyone invloved
* Manage a team of designers overseas
* Formulate strategy
* Market research and competitive benchmarking
* Become a gosh darn superstar.
Qualifications:
* Superb command for all technical aspects of creative, web, programming languages and server side applications
* Incredible copy right and art directing skills
* 5+ years management experience
* Degree in Graphic Design. MBA preferred
* Extensive SEO knowledge
* HTML / CSS
* Expertise in print / media design
* Ajax / flash / java a must
* Deadline orientated

Flash / Photoshop / HTML with a thorough understanding of current web technologies and future trends.
