Hey there Shanghai!
I'm writing from California, USA.
I'd like to try doing an album with musicians from all over the world through the internet. It'll be my sixth album under the name Octopolis and will be published on Spotify, Apple Music, etc. Interested? This is for fun, not a professional gig.
I'm looking for all instruments and will try to get each song to include musicians from different continents. I'm not totally sure how all this will work out, but I think it'd be fun to try. I have some demos to work from, and I'll send a click track for you to play to. I use Logic, but we can export and import sessions from other software.
1. Be able to play to a click track
2. Have some chops
3. Have a decent recording setup, doesn't have to be high-end of course, just good enough
4. I don't care how old you are, or what you look like, just that you like the music.
If interested, send samples of your playing. If it sounds like a good fit, I'll respond, and we can talk more.
Questions? Email: Codi
Thanks for your interest!
